Complaints procedure
I want you to be completely happy with your consultation and my management of your condition. If you have any issues with your care I want these to be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible, so in the first instance please contact me via my enquiry form to explain what went wrong and I will try to solve your problem. If you are not happy with my response, I follow the Independent Doctors Federation guidelines on complaints which can be found here.

Data protection and privacy
All your records are held safely according to GDPR guidelines and will be destroyed securely after the recommended period for privately held medical records which is currently 8 years.
Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment or give less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation you will be charged the full cost of a consultation. You will be given details of how to change an appointment at the time of booking.
